Ordering and Shipping Information
Ordering
When you find a card you want to buy, click on the “Add to Cart” button below the card. The shopping cart screen will appear showing that you want one (1) of that item. You may change the quantity desired at any time by highlighting the number inside the quantity box. Click on “Update Cart” to recalculate your total.
Next, you can calculate your shipping charges by entering in your zip code and clicking on “Update Cart.” At this point, you can now choose to either click on the “Return to Shopping” button or one of the Checkout buttons. You may also view your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” link at the top of the page.
Ordering Customized Sayings: If you would like to purchase a card with a customized saying, look for the words "CUSTOMIZE IT" in red just below the picture of the card. (These cards are the only cards that can have customized sayings.) Choose the message for your card from the dropdown menu before you click on the “Add to Cart” button. All customized cards will be “BLANK” inside by default.
Once you have chosen a saying, click on “Add to Cart” and update your shopping cart with the desired number of cards. Enter your zip code and click on “Update Cart.” This will calculate your current total.
If you return to shopping and want another customized card but with a different saying inside, simply click on the “Return to Shopping” button, select the correct card and saying, and add it to your shopping cart again. This will now appear in your cart as a new item, and you may update your quantity desired at this time.
Payments
Online Payments
Homomark accepts payment online via secure Paypal transaction. The following credit cards will be accepted: Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also use your Paypal funds if available. In order to respect your privacy, the name “HMark” will appear on your credit card and bank statements.
Shipping
Because of the extra care Homomark takes to ensure your items are received undamaged and in perfect condition, everything is shipped via standard (Domestic) Shipping through the USPS. Please allow 2-7 days for U.S. Mail. The size and weight of your order will determine how your items will be shipped. (First Class or Priority Mail).
No rush service is available at this time. If you have a special need, please e-mail us at info@homomark.com and we may consider other arrangements.

Since each card is handmade and made to order, Homomark will ship all greeting cards within five (5) business days. A business day is considered Monday-Friday. No shipping will occur on weekends or postal holidays.
Homomark will ship to all 50 States. Shipping may take longer to Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, Homomark does NOT ship to Canada, Mexico, The U.S. Territories, Internationally OR to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Please verify your address before submitting your order. If for any reason your package is returned to Homomark, we will make every effort to contact you and verify your address for re-ship. If we cannot obtain verification within (5) days, your credit card will be refunded.
Shipping Rates
If your package weighs LESS THAN one (1) pound it will be shipped by First Class mail. Typically, 1-12 standard sized (5 ½” x 4 ¼”) greeting cards with envelopes can be shipped via First Class mail. Oversized cards will affect shipping.
For mail that weighs MORE THAN one (1) pound, the postage rate is determined by how far the package must travel to get to its destination. The actual distance is measured by “Zones.” Zones range from Zone 1 (local or closest to us) to Zone 8 (very far away from us). The farther the mail travels, the more zones it crosses, and the more postage you will have to pay.
Once you are finished adding items to your shopping cart, enter your zip code and click “update cart.” Your shipping charges will be calculated automatically for you. Applicable sales tax will be applied to Maryland residents only.

Return Policy
All purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Homomark, please contact us via email at returns@homomark.com within (30) days from the shipping date. If the return policy is met, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Unfortunately, no merchandise can be accepted for return without that RMA number. If you ship items back to Homomark without the RMA, the package will be refused and may be returned to you at your expense.
Please specify if you want a REFUND or EXCHANGE. All merchandise MUST BE returned in the original condition and include any documentation and invoice for a full refund. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 30 days.
Once the return is received, Homomark will send replacement item(s) OR credit your full product price within(15) business days. Original shipping charges are your responsibility and will NOT be refunded in case of a return. If merchandise needs to be returned due to an incorrect item being shipped by Homomark, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you without shipping charges assessed.
Please ensure that you package your return so it arrives to us in NEW condition. We will not be responsible for any merchandise damaged due to poor packaging on the customers end. We highly recommend insuring your return package. If you choose not to insure the package, you accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
These terms and conditions do not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
Homomark reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time.
